What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to grow Alibaba International’s presence and revenue in Spain.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high‑impact deals with local and integral companies – from startups to enterprise leaders.
- Manage a portfolio of key partners, ensuring long‑term success, satisfaction, and mutual value creation.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to launch joint campaigns, events, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to uncover new opportunities and shape our partnership roadmap.
- Leverage AI tools for data insights,



communication efficiency, and workflow automation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, ideally within e‑commerce, technology, or B2B industries.
- Proven success in launching and scaling strategic alliances that drive measurable business growth.
- Exceptional negotiator and communicator – skilled at building trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in Italian and English. Spanish is highly desirable; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
- Agile, results‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Tech‑savvy professional familiar with AI‑powered tools (e.g., for market analysis, CRM, or automated workflows).

Location
This role requires working 100% from the office located at Metro Station Avenida de América, Madrid.
