Overview
We are opening a new luxury spa in Mallorca and seeking a Spa Therapist/Aesthetic Specialist to provide high‑quality massage and facial treatments, create a serene environment, and offer expert advice on wellness. The role includes maintaining treatment rooms, assisting with reception, and retail advising.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic massages and body treatments that promote relaxation and wellness.
- Provide personalized facial treatments and skincare consultations.
- Act as a wellness advisor, customizing treatments to meet individual guest needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel pampered and valued.
- Recommend and assist with retail product sales tailored to guest needs.
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms with proper sanitization and restocking.
- Assist in spa reception, managing online and telephone reservations and providing professional service.
- Additional responsibilities: manicure/pedicure or yoga teaching welcome.
Qualifications
- Passion for wellness and genuine desire to help others.
- Certification as a massage therapist and aesthetician; solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, skincare, aparatology, and various massage techniques (aromatherapy, deep tissue, Ayurvedic, etc).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or resort setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and professionalism.
- Strong commitment to hygiene, ethics, and standards.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages welcome.
- Experience in manicure, pedicure, or yoga teaching is welcome.
