Responsibilities
- Analyze and control all technical documentation related to the department and project activities within contractual requirements and company procedures (including confidentiality).
- Assist the on‑site client.
- Print and prepare documentation for team and client meetings.
- Manage the project’s administrative documentation, letters, meeting minutes, etc.
- Gather information for reports.
- Assist Project Managers and Engineers as needed.
- High proactivity and focus on problem‑solving with room reservations; book internal office rooms and reserve rooms in hotels if necessary.
- Upload and download documentation to/from the database.
- Maintain and organize all QC documentation, including inspection reports, test certificates, and NCR logs.
- Assist in preparing and updating quality records in accordance with project and client requirements.




- Track and monitor inspection schedules and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Support QC Inspectors and Supervisors with data entry and document control.
- Coordinate with site teams to collect and verify quality‑related information.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC status reports for management.
- Manage electronic and hard‑copy filing systems for quality documentation.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or administrator.
- Higher‑level training in Administration / Diploma.
- Advanced proficiency with Office Package and Databases.
- Fluency in Spanish, English (C1), and Portuguese.
