The Position
We are looking for a Team Lead Engineering Manager to lead our Enterprise Identity Management Reliability Team , supporting a mission-critical SailPoint IIQ platform and transforming how identity services operate at scale in a integral, highly regulated environment. This platform sits at the core of our Identity Governance strategy, ensuring secure, seamless access for thousands of users across the organization. In this role, you won’t just keep the lights on—you’ll help us redefine how reliability is built and sustained. You will lead the shift from reactive support to a proactive, automation-driven SRE model,



improving performance, scalability, and overall user experience. At its core, this role is about building empowered teams, creating reliable systems, and driving meaningful change in how identity services are delivered at scale.
