Your role
As a Brand Assistant Trainee, you will support the Marketing team in executing projects and initiatives throughout the Iberian market. The role offers exposure to brand management, market insights, omnichannel engagement, congresses and events, and illustrates how pharmaceutical marketing improves patient outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales and Market Access, gaining a broad understanding of the industry and cross‑functional teamwork. The position is based in our Barcelona office.



You will become part of the Psychiatry Business Unit in Iberia, working with a collaborative and supportive team that values curiosity, teamwork and continuous learning.
What you bring to the team
You are eager to learn, motivated by collaboration, and interested in building a career within the pharmaceutical industry. We look for the following:
- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Portuguese proficiency at C1 level or native speaker (mandatory).
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Availability to formalize an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.
