Your Role And Key Responsibilities
This role is pivotal in driving the implementation of digital solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency, data transparency, and strategic decision-making. As a key member of a high‑performance team, you will gain hands‑on expertise in Industrial IoT (IIoT), automation, advanced analytics, digital workflows, and Smart Manufacturing, directly contributing to the organization’s digital maturity transformation.
The Digital Value Stream Manager (Digital VSM) serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated production segments. You will oversee machine connectivity,



end‑to‑end traceability, KPI visualization, and software (SW) deployment by orchestrating collaboration across all functional stakeholders. You will act as the critical strategic bridge between local site processes and Integral Digitalization rollout initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Orchestration: Coordinate all digitalization workstreams within the assigned process area, ensuring seamless integration from shop floor to our digital solution landscape, bridging IT and OT.
- Primary SPOC: Serve as the primary bidirectional SPOC, streamlining communication channels to ensure rapid information flow and alignment between local and global teams.
