About the Role and Why It's Special
As we continue to scale internationally, we are strengthening the operational backbone that allows our teams to grow without friction. To do so, we want to expand our Operations Team, in which the Revenue Operations & Strategy Analyst will play a key role.
We are looking for someone based in Barcelona to be the bridge between raw data and real business impact.



This is a role designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast and take on meaningful responsibility. It sits at the intersection of data, processes, and decision-making across the company.
You won't just be "doing tasks". You will help design the workflows and manage the data architecture that allow our general teams to scale reliably. Your job is to keep our systems robust, our data clean, and our processes efficient. At the same time, we expect you to roll up your sleeves and get involved directly in operational initiatives (supporting a commercial campaign, a market launch, or a product rollout, for example) so you understand how the business actually works in practice.
