- Be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and issue resolution of SAP S/4HANA, particularly within SD or FICO modules.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for SAP system-related issues, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
- Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders, analyze operational needs, and follow up on implementation and completion.
- Monitor, identify, and resolve exceptions related to external system integrations, including abnormal data transmission and interface errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support SAP integration with systems such as DMS, banking systems, and 3PL platforms.
- Coordinate issue resolution with relevant business users, IT teams, HQ teams, and external vendors where required.
