Inside Sales Representative Location: Barcelona, Spain
Business Segment: Robotics & Automation
Role Summary: This is a high‑energy sales role at the centre of Novanta’s Robotics and Automation business. You will own pipeline growth from first contact to close, working with customers who build advanced automation systems used across manufacturing,



robotics and industrial technology. If you enjoy outbound sales, technical conversations, and clear targets, this role gives you visibility, responsibility, and momentum.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across robotics and automation markets.
- Proactively contact prospective customers through phone, email and other outreach channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular, value‑focused communication.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Close deals and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate, disciplined records of sales activity in CRM systems.
- Track and contribute to key outcomes:
- Revenue growth
- Customer acquisition and retention
- Customer satisfaction
