Responsibilities




- Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with account, service, and product-related inquiries
- Provide fast and accurate solutions while maintaining excellent service quality
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Document all customer interactions correctly in internal systems
- Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance policies
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve complex issues
- Meet productivity and performance targets in daily operations
- Communicate with customers in German and Spanish while using English internally when needed

Requirements
- German language level C2 or higher is mandatory
- Spanish communication skills are required
- Good English communication skills are necessary
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, call center, banking support, or similar customer‑facing
