As the Satellite Electronics Team Lead, you'll own the production of flight hardware from incoming component verification through assembly, inspection, testing, and release to integration. You'll lead a team of engineers and technicians responsible for delivering high‑reliability electronics that meet the demands of the space environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians responsible for satellite electronics production, inspection, and testing
- Own the assembly and manufacture of flight electronics including avionics and power control modules
- Oversee PCBA assembly, soldering, conformal coating, staking, rework, inspection,



and functional testing
- Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, quality, and test processes
- Develop scalable production systems, procedures, tooling, fixtures, and test benches
- Ensure ESD control, configuration management, traceability, and workmanship standards are maintained
- Act as the key interface between production, engineering, quality, and planning teams
- Build a high‑performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and quality

Qualifications
- Experience leading electronics production, PCBA manufacturing, or avionics assembly teams
- Strong understanding of electronics assembly and test in a high‑reliability environment
- Familiarity with IPC standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 and/or ECSS standards
- Experience with functional and electrical testing, fault finding, and root cause analysis
- Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to suppor
