As Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, you will enable software teams to migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps practices. You will support Agile Release Trains and product teams onboarding to an internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services. You drive re‑platforming and migration of applications with a focus on compliance and secure‑by‑design. You will lead CI/CD migrations to GitLab, educate teams, and improve developer experience with templates and documentation. This role offers impact across private banking technology and cloud‑first delivery.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Onboard Agile Release Trains and product teams to the internal DevOps platform and Azure services
- Drive re‑platforming and migration of applications to cloud infrastructure with compliance and secure‑by‑design principles
- Lead migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket or Jenkins to GitLab in alignment with platform standards
- Collaborate with development teams to educate and enable DevOps practices, CI/CD automation and cloud‑native development
- Create templates,
documentation and training materials to improve developer experience
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and compliance controls during migrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform adoption and cloud migration issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support cross‑team collaboration
- Communicate with stakeholders to simplify complex topics and guide teams through change
- Deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with organizational guidelines and standards
Responsabilidades
- DevOps experience and cloud platform engineering background
- Experience with Azure services and cloud migrations
- Leadership in CI/CD pipeline migrations (Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab)
- Ability to educate and enable DevOps practices across teams
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
