You will own the vision,



strategy and delivery of easyJet’s Martech and Customer Data Platform, leading a multi-domain mission that underpins identity, segmentation, activation and orchestration across digital channels. Leading several Product Owners, you’ll ensure all domains align to deliver a cohesive, scalable ecosystem of tools that enable operational excellence, marketing performance, and strategic growth. Your focus will be on driving measurable impact: balancing customer value, technical feasibility, data integrity, and business priorities, while creating clarity and cohesion across complex cross-team initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Define and own the vision, target state and roadmap for the complete Marketing Technology stack, ensuring capabilities drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes
