Marketing Manager
We are looking for a hands‑on, senior Marketing Manager to own the entire marketing function at QMENTA. You will report directly to senior leadership and work in close collaboration with Sales to drive pipeline growth, build brand authority, and position QMENTA as the go-to platform in AI‑powered neuroimaging.
This is not a role for someone who needs a team to execute. You are a builder: comfortable designing strategy in the morning and running a LinkedIn campaign in the afternoon. You thrive in fast‑paced, resource‑constrained environments and know how to prioritize ruthlessly. You bring an AI‑first mindset and have fundamentally rethought how marketing work gets done in the age of LLMs and AI‑powered tooling, knowing how to build repeatable workflows that allow a team of one to operate at the scale of a full department. - Design and execute a full‑funnel demand generation strategy targeting the right ICP segments, adapting targeting as the product offering and market strategy evolve.
- Own and continuously optimize the lead generation engine: ABM campaigns, outreach automation, paid channels, SEO/GEO, webinars, and content‑driven inbound.
