SCIB is looking for a M&A; Analyst (Energy) based out of Luca de Tena Office (Madrid)
We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building and reviewing detailed financial models,



including operating models, DCFs, merger and accretion / dilution analyses, valuation frameworks, and sensitivities
- Performing valuation work using DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and other relevant sector-specific approaches
- Preparing high-quality client materials, including pitch books, strategic reviews, management presentations, information memoranda, board materials and internal approval documents
- Supporting live transaction execution across M&A; and IPO processes, including due diligence coordination, workstream management and interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting detailed sector, company, investor and transaction analysis across the EMEA energy and energy transition space
- Monitoring market developments, valuation trends, regulatory themes and investor activity across key sub-sectors
- Supporting senior bankers on client dialogue, strategic analysis and originati
