Responsibilities

As the Operator TeleSales Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing telesales strategies aimed at increasing sales, brand presence, and market share in the operator sector.

- Telesales Strategy
- Develop and implement telesales strategies in alignment with overall channel and operator objectives.
- Drive handset activations, revenue growth, and enhance brand positioning within the channel.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Telco operator departments and outsourced telesales agencies.
- Oversee agency performance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and KPIs.

- Create and optimize incentive schemes to motivate telesales agents.
