About the role As part of our Outbound Sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth in the Italian market. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, presenting our solution, and managing the early stages of the sales cycle –from initial contact to qualification.
Your Mission




- Identify key decision-makers within targeted Companies and initiate first contact through outbound outreach.
- Become a subject-matter expert on e-signatures and Yousign’s value proposition, mastering our pitch, objection handling, and key messaging to generate interest and engagement.
- Own and optimize your acquisition channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.) to consistently build a strong pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team on strategic initiatives that support outbound growth – lead generation, sales automation, CRM enhancements, and more.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Proactively forecast revenue and document key daily activities and performance metrics.

Requirements
- Sales experience: Minimum 2 years (including internships), with proven exposure to cold calling. SaaS or tech industry background is a strong plus.
- Language skills: Nativ
