Responsibilities
- You conduct continuous screening of new IT technologies, trends, and innovations relevant to the healthcare sector, working closely with external experts and internal Subject Matter Experts.
- You evaluate and translate technologies into tangible proofs of concept and identify practical use cases to foster understanding and acceptance and to define potential application areas.
- You work in close collaboration with our internal Business Partner Managers and Business Use Case sponsors to gain an overview of requirements, both functional and non‑functional, from the individual business units and to derive focus areas for innovation,



automation and digitalisation initiatives.
- You engage with IT Service Owners to understand their evolving priorities and challenges, identify automation potential, and translate these insights into carefully architected innovative solutions and automation roadmaps ensuring continuous service improvement and business value creation.
- You plan, facilitate, and deliver innovation formats (ideation workshops, design sprints, hackathons, tech talks) with interdisciplinary teams.
- You participate in enterprise‑wide Digital Community Calls as a central platform for cross‑functional collaboration, including strategic updates on digital transformation, technology insights, digital use cases, best practices, and regulatory developments.
