The position
We are seeking a consultant to join our Healthcare Innovation team . You will be working at our Barcelona headquarters, taking responsibility for the coordination and management of innovation assignments with partners across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualisation and development of technical European proposals, coordinating with clients, leading concept development, and translating technical terms into high-value, clear, and convincing content.
- Drive the advanced therapies workstream by looking for opportunities, identifying and approaching key stakeholders, and keeping up to date with advances in the field.
- Full cycle project management of both existing and new initiatives in our areas of activity.
- Identification of potential opportunities for our new and existing clients to support them in reaching their vision by staying updated on trends and scientific advancements.
Qualifications

Education
- A Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Biotechnology, Bioengineering or related studies.
- Training in project management or proposal preparation valued.
Experience
- Proven relevant professional experience in health-related EU-funded projects, primary and secondary data analysis, or innovation management.
- Professional experience in the health sector, with a demonstrated understanding of the major bottlenecks across the bench‑to‑bedside pathway.
- Previous experience of working in advanced therapies valued.
