Position

Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a proactive, people‑oriented self‑starter to join our team and support our recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

-
- Collaborate in defining the area’s processes and procedures, aligning them with the new digitalization tool.
- Prepare documentation and manuals for global implementation of the project, providing technical and training support.
- Provide administrative and strategic support in recruitment processes: meetings, calls, interviews, etc.
- Assist in posting job offers and screening CVs.
- Collaborate in interviews and prepare evaluation reports as needed.

Qualifications

- University degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in HR, digitalization or project management is a plus.
- High level of English (C1); knowledge of French is a plus.
- Soft skills: proactive, people‑oriented, self‑starter, good communication skills, results‑oriented.
