Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential construction projects, including new-build apartment developments, luxury villas across the Community of Madrid, and comprehensive building renovation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all on-site construction activities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project budgets and monitor costs to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and regulatory requirements.




- Track project milestones and proactively manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Report project progress and resolve site-related issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects in Spain.
- Hands-on experience managing residential buildings, villa developments, or major building renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor management.
- Solid understanding of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Legal eligibility to work in Spain with relevant professional construction experience.
