You will be joining the Finance Transformation team, which holds overall responsibility for defining and overseeing the Finance Transformation Roadmap. As Project Portfolio Manager (Finance) , you will manage the portfolio of projects across the Finance vertical—aligning them with strategic goals, optimizing resource allocation, monitoring performance, and managing risk to ensure the portfolio delivers maximum value. The role also requires a hands‑on approach, with the expectation that you will step into project management, business analysis, change management,



or stakeholder engagement responsibilities as needed to achieve the right outcomes for Finance’s internal customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate and select projects that align with the organisation’s and department’s strategic vision, analysing proposals to assess their potential impact and business value.
- Optimise resource allocation across the portfolio, identify constraints, and proactively address bottlenecks in collaboration with project managers.
- Track KPIs across all portfolio projects, assess progress regularly, and generate reports to provide visibility into portfolio health and risks.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio; develop contingency plans and elevate critical issues as needed.
- Prioritise projects based on business value, urgency, and resource availability, facilitating decision‑making on project selection, de‑prioritisation, or cancellation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments
