Team Manager SAP

Role Overview
Lead and grow a high‑performing SAP team focused on people management. Combine domain expertise with strong people leadership and passion for relentless continuous improvement. Lead a team of SAP specialists across Sales, Service and Procurement domains, ensuring high‑quality, standardized and business‑aligned SAP delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of SAP specialists across Sales, Service and Procurement.
- Drive a strong people agenda including hiring, onboarding, performance management and career development.
- Establish a culture of relentless continuous improvement (RCI) within the team.
- Align team objectives with business priorities and SAP strategy.
- Ensure high‑quality delivery through effective planning, prioritization and team coordination.
- Act as the main point of escalation and support for team members.




- Foster collaboration across SAP domains to ensure end‑to‑end process excellence.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into team goals.
- Promote standardization, simplification and harmonization across SAP solutions.
- Support organizational change and team engagement during transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading and developing SAP or IT delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of SAP processes within Sales, Service and Procurement domains.
- Experience in people management, coaching and performance development.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile or similar.
- Ability to balance people leadership with delivery accountability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in international and cross‑functional environments.
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscapes (plus).
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
