Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive tax advice covering direct and indirect taxation.
- Analyze and resolve complex tax queries arising from business operations.




- Oversee compliance with tax obligations, including preparation and review of Spanish tax filings and forms, especially Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and VAT.
- Participate in tax management, audit/inspection and tax controversy procedures with tax authorities at local, regional and state level.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, submissions and appeals in administrative and contentious‑administrative proceedings.
- Support corporate transactions, investment structures and the application of special tax regimes.
- Assess domestic and international tax implications of business operations and group activities.
- Collaborate with Audit and other Corporate functions on tax reviews and tax‑related projects.
- Contribute to the transformation of Tax processes, helping drive change, standardization and efficiency in a function undergoing significant evolution.
