About the role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in a growing healthcare creative structure. This role is designed for someone who can operate with a high level of autonomy, lead by example, and help shape the foundations of a scalable creative team focused on pharma and healthcare clients.
You will be responsible not only for delivering high-quality creative work, but also for mentoring and guiding a small specialized team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and creative excellence across all outputs.
This is a strategic role for someone who understands the specific demands of pharmaceutical and healthcare communication, where accuracy,



clarity, compliance, and creativity must work together. You will play a key role in building client confidence through strong execution and thoughtful design, while helping to elevate the overall creative standard of the healthcare accounts.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design and execution of digital content, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
- Set and maintain a high standard of visual quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.
- Mentor and guide a Mid Graphic Designer, supporting their development and output quality.
- Translate complex healthcare and pharma information into clear, engaging, and compliant visual communication.
