About the Role
McArthur Aged Care has been working in partnership with our clients for over 20 years, delivering outstanding in‑home and community care.
We are looking for Personal Care Assistants who can provide an exceptional level of care and support to elderly,



frail clients who wish to remain living independently in the community.
This role is the perfect opportunity for both experienced PCAs and new graduates who want to commence a rewarding career in this industry by assisting the elderly within their own homes.
Qualifications
- Cert III in Aged Care, IV in Individual Support or equivalent
- Victorian Driver’s Licence
- A reliable car with valid registration and insurance
- Immunisation history showing 3 COVID vaccinations and a 2022/2023 flu vaccination
- Current First Aid & CPR training
- Availability for at least 6 hrs per day between 8am – 5pm on a minimum of 3 days per week (Mon‑Fri)
