Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the cluster's operations and commercial strategies to ensure alignment with regional and integral objectives.
- Drive the "performance" meetings, integrating operations, sales, and business services to optimize results.




- Lead change initiatives such as reorganizations, integrations, performance studies, and M&A; activities.
- P&L; Management
- Own and deliver the cluster’s P&L; by ensuring efficient operations and maximizing profitable growth in sales.
- Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with operations, sales, and business services.
- Monitor and optimize financial performance, including cost control, capex and margin improvement.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as adherence to permits and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee production, maintenance, and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance safety and sustainability.
