Lazaro Rosa Violan is seeking a junior Interior Designer/Architect to join its team in BARCELONA.
100% on-site position in Barcelona
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who have a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop curated interior design projects.
- Collaborate with in-house team, clients, and project teams to create exceptional results.
- Willing to work in multiple projects, ensuring organization and attention to detail.
- Ensuring that deadlines are met.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory, as well as fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

- Graduate of Achitecture/Interior Design degree.
- More than two years of proven experience in hospitality projects (internships do not count).




- Familiarity with five-star luxury and premium hotel design processes is highly favorable.
- Familiarity with high-end residential projects.
- Portfolio or hospitality work samples must be included with your application.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign is essential.
- Creative problem solver with a keen eye for design detail.
- Solid technical and construction knowledge.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, delivering exceptional results while supporting team cohesion.
