About the role
We are entering a new stage in how People Operations works at seQura,



and we are looking for someone senior to lead that evolution.
As the company grows, People Operations needs to become more structured, visible and scalable, with stronger governance across payroll, compliance, systems, data and employee lifecycle processes. We are looking for a hands‑on People Operations, Governance & AI Lead who can build the operating model for this next stage.
You will work with the Head of People and lead a team of two. Your role will be to create clearer ownership, stronger payroll controls, better compliance governance, more reliable workflows and a trusted bridge with Legal, Finance, Compliance and external advisors.
This is not a role where you simply maintain existing processes. You will join with a clear mandate to build stronger foundations, improve visibility and create reliable ways of working, while keeping the day‑to‑day running smoothly.
