Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
- Oversee project-level delivery within the agreed budget and timeline. Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the Technical Project Leader (TPL) and Operations Leader (OL).
- Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives and reporting status updates.
- Identify potential risks and define mitigation strategies, working closely with the Technical Project Leader.

Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring smooth data exchange and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate across functional departments, customers, and external suppliers to guarantee efficient implementation and verification of deliverables.




- Support supplier selection based on inputs from the Technical Project Leader and Component Engineer.

Resource & Budget Management
- Define resource needs and align them with the Development Manager to optimize team efficiency.
- Maintain accountability for project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
- Implement risk management strategies, proactively addressing challenges before they impact project success.

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in R&D; and product development environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Program Management or Project Management role.
- Experience working in medium‑sized, dynamic engineering or industrial companies.
- Comfortable operating in environments with medium‑to‑high uncertainty and evolving structures.
