In FMG we are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee the development of advanced ammunition products across MSM Group.
In this strategic leadership role, you will manage a portfolio of R&D; projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful product development aligned with NATO standards, quality requirements, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ammunition development projects.
- Oversee a portfolio of R&D; programs, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Supervise and mentor Technical Project Leads and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Approve technical designs, system parameters, and product specifications.
- Ensure compliance with NATO STANAG, MIL-STD, and customer requirements.




- Drive industrialization and technology transfer to manufacturing plants.
- Act as key stakeholder interface with management, customers, and external authorities.

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Energetics, Weapons Technology, or similar.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ammunition development or related defense engineering fields.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and complex R&D; programs.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Ballistics (internal/external)
- Ammunition manufacturing processes
- NATO standards (STANAGs)
- Experience with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Vault).
