Senior Program Manager – Cards at Nium – lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex card programs and initiatives across multiple geographies. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, operations,
and external partners to launch and scale innovative card solutions. This is a strategic and hands‑on role requiring deep understanding of card issuing, program management, and fintech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Solution Engineering team from day one: co‑design architecture and funding flows so the programme meets Visa/Mastercard rulebooks while maximising interchange and incentive eligibility.
- Own every issuing launch: steer the full life‑cycle from contract through scheme certification, first transactions, initial (T+90) white glove treatment and BAU hand‑over.
- Master the issuing critical path – schedule and deliver chip‑profile creation, personalisation bureau onboarding, VTS/MDES token provisioning, 3DS 2.x enablement and digital wallet integrations (Apple Pay / Google Pay).
