Key Responsibilities
- Create and monitor tolling orders, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery.
- Manage the day‑to‑day relationship with our tolling partner to secure smooth operations.
- Create and oversee internal Process Orders to support our manufacturing activities.
- Confirm product availability and provide timely updates to the Customer Experience team.
- Actively participate in the S&OP; process to align demand, supply, and capacity.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, reports,



and analytical tools that enable effective decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
