Scopely is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Barcelona on a Hybrid basis.

What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize large-scale User Acquisition budgets to drive profitable growth
- Execute and scale mobile campaigns across key platforms including Meta, Google, and emerging channels
- Design and run A/B, multivariate, and marketability tests from hypothesis to analysis to improve performance and unlock growth opportunities
- Analyze campaign, funnel, retention, and LTV metrics to drive data-informed optimization strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing teams to improve full‑funnel performance




- Identify and scale strategic acquisition partnerships and new growth opportunities globally
- Contribute creative insights and testing strategies to improve ad performance and acquisition efficiency
- Stay current on market trends, platform changes, and best practices in mobile performance marketing

What You Will Need
- 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, performance marketing, or media buying, preferably in mobile gaming or mobile apps
- Proven track record of scaling growth through paid acquisition channels and identifying high-impact opportunities
- Strong understanding of UA KPIs including CPI, ROAS, retention, conversion funnels, and LTV optimization
- Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and AppLovin; DSP, ad networks, and rewarded advertising experience is a plus
