Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Determine contact center operational strategies through needs assessments, performance reviews,



capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis.
- Provide leadership for the organization and support worker communication with the management team.
- Ensure staff members achieve desired service levels and take corrective action, as needed.
- Contribute information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
- Maintain and improve contact center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
- Prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Identify and address problems and explore opportunities for the center.
