As a Solution Engineer SAP QM , you will play a central role in shaping and optimising Budenheim's SAP landscape. In this hybrid role, you will be based in Barcelona with three days a week on site. You will ensure stable operations, drive continuous improvements, manage change, and contribute to projects that connect quality processes with business and IT seamlessly.
Your Tasks
Operations
- Design, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions in line with best practices throughout the application lifecycle
- Customise SAP QM functionalities and develop enhancements to optimise quality management processes
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP QM with other business systems and applications, including SAP EWM and LabWare LIMS
- Support the stability, performance, and continuous optimisation of the SAP QM landscape

Change Management
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, customisations, and project activities
- Develop and execute test plans to validate SAP configurations and enhancements
- Conduct unit, system,



and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements

Process Improvement
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the SAP landscape
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP customisations and configurations
- Drive continuous improvement of quality management processes through scalable SAP solutions

Project Management
- Participate in projects focused on building and integrating processes within the SAP environment
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure SAP solutions are aligned with project goals and timelines

Your Profile
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP QM within SAP ERP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
