We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and trustworthy Payroll Specialist to join our team In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies. You’ll work closely with People Operations, Finance, and external providers to support a smooth and efficient payroll process. You will also collaborate in other People Operations processes.
This is a 6‑month to 1‑year fixed‑term contract to cover a parental leave.
What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities)
- Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees in Spain and Italy
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain and update payroll
