As the Labour Relations and Employment Law Expert at PowerCo ,



you will support and enhance the company's labor relations framework and employment law compliance. Your role is crucial in researching, analyzing, and providing legal opinions on labor-related matters, participating in negotiations, and offering legal guidance on various employment issues, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Conduct research and analysis on labor-related topics, providing legal opinions and recommendations based on applicable laws and jurisprudence.
- Provide legal guidance on interpreting and enforcing terms within labor contracts.
- Actively participate in negotiations with unions and workers' representatives, collaborating with the labor relations team to integrate legal considerations.
- Assist in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, offering guidance and support.
