From Temporing Barcelona we are looking for a Candidate Support Advisor with a high level of English for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment support: Support recruiters and hiring managers in end-to-end recruiting activities for assigned region.
- Operational excellence: Deliver timely, high-quality recruitment operations ensuring compliance.
- Workday Recruiting (WDR): Act as key user of Workday Recruiting and related HR tools.
- Job postings: Manage internal and external job postings, including government job boards.
- Interview coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate candidates, hiring managers, and debrief sessions.
- Calendar management: Maintain interview and recruitment calendars.
- Communication: Manage candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager communications via email and phone.
- Offer & hire management: Prepare, validate, and extend offers; process hires in WDR.
- Background checks: Initiate, monitor, and follow up on background screening processes.
- Candidate experience:



Identify and improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Pre‑onboarding: Manage onboarding prep, document collection, and welcome communications.
- Reimbursements: Support candidate travel reimbursement processes.
- Stakeholder support: Train and guide hiring managers on recruitment processes and systems.

Requirements
- Recruitment experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment operations / shared services / coordination role.
- Fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail, SLA-driven, operational excelence mindset.
- HR systems proficiency: Experience with Workday Recruiting (WDR) and HR tools (ServiceNow a plus).
- Technical skills: Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Organization skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-volume tasks.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Team player: Collaborative, positive attitude in fast-paced environ
