What we look for?
We are seeking a Tech Lead Platform Engineer especialized in Python and React to join our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) team at the forefront of creating innovative solutions. You will play a critical role in building and refining our IDP capabilities, leveraging your extensive experience in back-end development, cloud engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to drive success across our organization
Location : 100% Remote ONLY in Spain
- Design, develop, and maintain our internal developer platform,



harnessing cloud services (predominantly Azure and AWS) to provide scalable and resilient solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear requirements and execute a refined product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Use your mastery of Python and experience with React to create robust back end and UI solutions, prioritising performance and user experience.
- Leverage tools such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc. for cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, observability, and automation within a distributed technology environment.
- Engage with stakeholders to analyse needs and deliver solutions that meet and exceed service-level expectations.
- Mastery in back-end development with Python.
- Proven experience in UI/UX development using React , ideally with Material UI frameworks.
