The selected candidate will lead the MGA strategy across EMEA, driving profitable growth, and act as the key interface to ensure alignment with partners across markets.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the MGA channel strategy (target markets, business lines, and partnerships).
- Identify, negotiate, and secure agreements with key MGAs across EMEA.
- Oversee technical and financial performance of the portfolio (GWP, loss ratios, profitability).
- Ensure adherence to underwriting, pricing, and governance standards.
- Implement performance tracking frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, regular reviews).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance).
- Lead due diligence and onboarding of new MGA partners.
- Design contractual frameworks and incentive schemes.
- Manage operational, regulatory, and reputational risks within the channel.
- Lead, develop, and scale the MGA team.

Perfil ideal
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or similar (MBA is a plus).




- 10+ years' experience in insurance, with exposure to underwriting, distribution, or partnerships.
- Strong experience with MGAs and/or broking (highly desirable).
- Solid understanding of technical profitability and portfolio management.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex international agreements.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., IDD, Solvency II).
- International profile with cross-border experience.
- Fluent English required.
