Your main purpose
Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, governance framework, and AI roadmap aligned with business and transformation objectives.




Act as the bridge between executive leadership and technical teams to translate strategic priorities into scalable AI initiatives and vertical workstreams.
Lead the identification, prioritization, and governance of AI and GenAI initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Sales, and corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business value and delivery timelines.
Oversee the execution and performance tracking of strategic AI initiatives, including KPI definition, ROI measurement, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
Partner with Data, Engineering, Product, and business teams to ensure AI initiatives are technically feasible, scalable, and operationally adopted.
Drive AI adoption, organizational change management, and stakeholder alignment through workshops, steering committees, and transformation initiatives. Monitor emerging AI technologies, market trends, and external partnerships to continuously evolve the organization’s AI capabilities and strategic positioning.
