Role Overview
Capgemini Invent is expanding its AI team in Madrid and seeks an experienced AI Architecture & Delivery professional with a passion for close collaboration with business to understand real problems, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
A Director within Capgemini Invent builds strategic, long‑term accounts, oversees and develops the business within those clients, leads programs and multi‑workstream engagements, and acts as an executive‑level representative of Capgemini Invent.
Main Responsibilities
- Design scalable architectures for AI systems and autonomous agents.
- Define standards and best practices for AI solution development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI into business processes.
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks related to Agentic AI.




- Ensure security, ethics, and regulatory compliance in AI solutions.

Requirements
- Over 10–12 years of experience working on Consulting / AI / GenAI projects.
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in AI architectures and autonomous agent development.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Transformers, Google Vertex AI, and similar tools.
- Skills in designing distributed systems and scalability.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management.
