The Role
We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Director – Life Sciences (Iberia) to lead and scale our Life Sciences practice across the region.
You will work with top‑tier pharmaceutical, biotech,



and medtech companies on high‑impact local and international engagements .
This role includes leading end‑to‑end complex projects with senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on strategic, access, commercial, and transformation topics, driving business development , expanding key accounts, building and developing high‑performing teams , and contributing to the strategic growth and positioning of the practice in Iberia in close collaboration with global teams.
