About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Technician to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the company’s technology runs smoothly on a global scale. You will be responsible for centralizing and standardizing our hardware, support, and provisioning processes for all our employees, regardless of which country they are in.
As an IT Technician, your daily responsibilities will include:
- General Inventory and Asset Management: Prepare, implement, and maintain an efficient international inventory control system. In addition, you will be responsible for standardizing the imaging (OS imaging) and configuration system for deploying equipment across all our international locations.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the technology lifecycle for employees. You will be responsible for preparing, configuring, and delivering equipment to new hires, as well as for recovering, form
