ADP is hiring a Learning Support Coordinator
In this role, you will manage the learning systems and support all users of ADP learning systems. You will proactively contact users before training to control all requirements and help them connect to our systems.
You will administer our Learning Management System, work closely with the project manager on improvement projects, maintain the LMS, create new features, and assist users with issues. You will serve as the first point of contact between ADP, our provider, the learning team, and our learners, participate in meetings, provide status updates, and assist in reporting to aid the team in forecasting workload.
Maintain learning technologies operations
- Be the main point of contact for learning technologies providers (DEFI, XPERTEAM) for daily operations
- Follow up with users and providers on tickets raised or system malfunctions
- Ensure efficient and reliable system interfaces
- Aid in delivering dashboards and reports needed for business
- Ensure platforms are updated by contributors according to standards




- Customize the LMS platform to meet organizational needs
- Maintain the LMS and perform testing on the staging environment
- Work closely with the training team and project manager on LMS improvement projects
- Proactively provide solutions

Partner with Stakeholders
- Actively listen, understand, and respond to stakeholders
- Provide regular status updates to business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
- Obtain approvals on project change requests so all stakeholders are informed of impacts
- Participate in weekly meetings with our provider / CSM to review tickets
- Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings
- Provide regular reporting

Assist users of the systems
- Help participants connect to training sessions
- Support Learning consultants who encounter difficulties reaching training sessions
- Helpline/pre‑control requirements with participants before training
- Categorize each phone call to prov
