We’re seeking a bold GTM (Go-to-Market) & Growth Lead to spearhead an ambitious expansion and skyrocket our revenue growth. Your mission? Build and execute an aggressive go-to-market strategy to sell FormFlow to all insurance companies, brokers, and MGAs, while also pivoting it into industries beyond insurance. You’ll start from scratch, rolling up your sleeves to do a lot yourself, then, as soon as you can show results, assemble a high-performing team to drive FormFlow from 0 to €1M ARR as fast as humanly possible. About the role
You will be responsible for:
- Owning FormFlow's go-to-market strategy to effectively engage and convert our ideal customers.
- Designing and overseeing the entire buyer journey, from identifying the right ICPs to turning them into paying customers.
- Developing and executing scalable, data-driven growth initiatives that optimise lead generation and conversion.
