Your role
At Sunweb, holidays are more than trips — they are the moments people remember. As a Destination Responsible you turn those moments into reality. You make guests feel welcome, supported, and inspired from the moment they arrive until they return home. You work both digitally and on‑site to ensure a smooth and unforgettable holiday experience. With your proactive mindset, problem‑solving skills, and warm personality,

What You’ll Do
- Focus on guest contact in resorts and provide digital support
- Handle questions and complaints with empathy, creativity, and ownership
- Promote and sell excursions, upgrades, and add‑ons to enhance the holiday experience
- Represent Sunweb at accommodations, excursions, and local events
- Work closely with our DMC and local partners to ensure smooth operations
- Support during emergencies or irregular situations, following Sunweb Emergency Protocols
- Keep your tools and administration up to date (Freshworks, SharePoint, Destination Tool)
