Job Summary
The Talent attraction & development Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing the company's talent strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and develops the talent required to support its business objectives and growth ambitions.
The role partners closely with HR leaders, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders across all regions to implement integral talent initiatives, focusing on executing talent attraction strategies that enable the organization to attract, hire and retain the talent required to support its growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Staffing
- Design and implement initiatives to strengthen talent attraction strategies and enhance employer branding.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools and candidate experience across the region.




- Support workforce planning activities in partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders; lead recruitment processes and ensure recruitment effectiveness through defined KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage internal staffing processes and governance to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Promote internal career opportunities and support talent movement across functions, countries and regions.
- Monitor internal mobility metrics and identify opportunities to increase internal placement rates.

Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Implement talent management initiatives that support the identification, development and retention of talent.
- Support succession planning processes and talent committee cycles across the organization.
- Support internal staffing and mobility.
- Ensure compliance with internal talent management and staffing policies.
