Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Web / CMS Project Manager to continue developing interactions with our customers throughout their Customer Journey Map, ensuring to increase their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
This position blends practical web administration and digital expertise with client-facing account management, project coordination, and stakeholder governance. The Web / CMS Project Manager will serve as the main liaison for internal business stakeholders, ensuring the portal provides strategic impact, complies with regulatory and brand standards, and delivers on agreed performance objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic lead for the web portal, building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders across Digital Content, Marketing, CX, Medical,



and IT teams to convert business needs into prioritized digital initiatives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of portal projects, from initial briefing through launch and ongoing optimization, including defining scope, timelines, resources, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans while aligning with departmental objectives.
- Administer and maintain the portal through CMS platforms (preferably WordPress VIP), ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise a small cross-functional team, offering guidance, coaching, and oversight to guarantee timely, high-quality project execution.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive and accessible web pages/components while maintaining consistency with brand identity, UX principles, and technical standards.
- Establish and oversee information architecture, content taxonomy, and governance frameworks to ensure a coherent and user-friendly portal experience.
